Full Twistar™ benefits
Full benefit is obtained when a twisted version is used. A single Twistar™ film is sufficient to match the display performance of DSTN. For optimal display performance, the retardation value, the twisting angle and the twisting direction of the LCD cell and the Twistar™ retarder must be matched. The temperature dependence of the retardation of the LCD can be matched by choosing the right Twistar™ retarder type.
